“National Convention on EU book of recommendation” represents a result of 8 NC EU working groups sessions (information society, free flow of capital, environment, justice, small and medium enterprises and entrepreneurship, agriculture, social dialog and regional cooperation). NC EU working groups were monitoring, with their Agendas, but not exclusively, main chapters of future negotiations about EU membership. The result of thematically structured debates between state representatives and non-state sector, local government, politicians, experts, business community, NGOs and general public, were the recommendations for the state position/action/strategy regarding the existing question. This edition was created in the second cycle of National Convention on EU in Serbia 2008-2009.
