ART:DEMO4EU
The European Movement in Serbia is publishing a public call for the engagement of external research experts within the project “Artistic Youth Voices for Europe and Democracy – ART”.
The engagement includes support throughout the project’s entire research cycle – from the baseline research, through two research publications with recommendations, to the final comparative study on young people’s attitudes towards democracy, European values, and civic participation.
The procurement is divided into two lots:
- Lot 1 – Senior Research Expert, maximum contract value: EUR 8,400;
- Lot 2 – Junior Research Expert, maximum contract value: EUR 6,000.
The engagement will be implemented in phases, in line with the dynamics of the project’s research cycle, from the date of contract signature until no later than 31 January 2029.
Interested candidates may apply for one or both lots. Each lot will be evaluated and awarded separately.
The deadline for submitting offers is 15 September 2026 at 16:00 CEST.
