On November 2,The European Movement in Serbia started the realization of an online webinar on the project “Countering Euroscepticism through education and empowerment of young people as European Citizens”, funded by the European Union program – Europe for Citizens. The aim of the webinar is to educate high school students in Serbia about the emergence of the European Union, the advantages and disadvantages of European integration, as well as to initiate a discussion with young people about Euroscepticism.
Participation in webinars is open to all high school students in Serbia. There will be 10 webinars during November. 15 active students from the webinar will be selected to participate in the workshop in Belgrade, after which 6 selected students will go to Brussels for an international workshop and to talk to European officials.
The experts who will lead the webinars are Dusko Lopandic, Vladimir Medjak and Ivan Vujacic.
