Last Saturday, the first workshop of the 13th cycle of the Share your knowledge program was held. The topic was managing personal and business finances, and knowledge was shared with the participants by Karolina Herbut, financial advisor and business coach, and Biljana Lazarević, advisor at Casa Forte and the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development.
The participants talked with experts about how to create and manage a personal and business budget, how to find sources of financing, what is a cost&benefit analysis, how to determine the price of their services/products and many other topics.
The conclusions we reached are as follows:
A plan is nothing and planning is everything
Working in business and working on business
Company growth must follow company development (digitalization, innovation, green agenda)
According to the new methodology of work on the Program, the workshop participants will have the opportunity to deepen their knowledge in the field of financial management in the period after the workshop through group and individual sessions with the workshop participants.
The workshop is part of the joint activities of the “Share your knowledge” program, which is being carried out for the 13th year in a row by the European Movement in Serbia, the Embassy of the United States of America, and the OSCE Mission to Serbia.
The next event on the Program awaits us on March 11 in Kragujevac, when the Mentor March will be held, which is part of the Vital Voices global campaign.
